Gladiator sandals and strappy heels are back from their deep sleep. From Paris to KL, everyone is vying for one and either its by Balenciaga or maybe from any high street stores, no one does not to be seen without sporting them on their feet.
But if you seemed tired of the super strappy gladiator sandals, why don’t just put them back to sleep and try on new things like this one, fresh from Fendi runways.
Known as Zay metallic sandals, I bet many of us have seen it gracing the feet of top supermodels at last year’s Fendi spring/summer 2008 runway presentation staged at the historic Great Wall of China.
Why Zay?
I don’t know why they call it Zay but if you’re looking for something extraordinary for your feet, then Zay will be yay!
Any secret seduction weapons on Zay that’ll make all eyes stare on my feet?
Look closely at the heels. The wooden heels are covered with chain metal cages, resembling miniature modern metal sculptures. In other words, you are wearing an art on your feet!
I’m not a big fan of metallic; do they come in other hues as well?
Certainly. Besides metallic, Zay shoes are also available in black and light earthy tones of brown.
Could you suggest what should I pair my Zay with?
As you know, fashion is always subjective and of course, your dainty Zay can be paired with whatever you want to wear. For best effect, do pair them with Fendi tulle prom dress, as recommended by Net-a-Porter.com
How many banks do I have to rob for a pair or two?
Not much. The artistic Zay is priced at approximate RM 2230.20.
Where can I buy them?
At all Fendi boutiques worldwide, as well as select online retailers such as Net-a-Porter.com and eluxury.com.
