Louis Vuitton Goes Global in Hong Kong ... Again

Come March 16, French malletier Louis Vuitton will be opening its expanded Maison in Hong Kong, which is touted to be the largest in the Asia and outside Paris.

The store renovation, which took a year to complete, the Maison, which is located at the infamous Canton Road shopping belt boasts a total of 1749 square meters with four levels of retail space all dedicated to the brand that embodies ultimate luxury and splendor.

The spaces within this new Louis Vuitton paradise combines both innovative architectural and retail concepts to reflect savoir-faire, craftsmanship, travel legacy, and French legacy, all attributed as the testament of the renowned Malletier spirit.

With the arrival of Louis Vuitton maison in Hong Kong, of course one can expect to a complete array of goods offered by the store which you can't probably get in other cities unless if the city has a global megastore as well just like Kuala Lumpur.

From whimsical yet stylishly avant garde ready-to-wear to the limited edition Richard Prince bags, you may find them all here, within the exciting and enticing four floors.

If the last few years saw Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen and Creative Director Marc Jacobs graced the event, then maybe we could expect to the same kind of reception this year at the opening of the new Louis Vuitton Maison.

And as usual, I won't be there to witness the celebration (unless if Louis Vuitton Malaysia would be happy to include me as part of the Malaysian press entourage to the event soon :D).

The new Louis Vuitton Maison is located at 5, Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong and will be open to the anticipating Hong Kong public on 16th March 2008.
