At a glance, Jerome Rousseau may just be another boy next door. Or if you had too much champagne, you might as well mistake him for a new Hollywood actor (bless his charming look!).

No matter what your thoughts of him might be, there’s only one thing that shoe-mad ladies can’t get enough of this cute young Quebecoise – he designs superb shoes. Here’s a little on the man himself. Graduated from the absolutely famous Cordwainers College, he started sketching and designing shoes since he was young.

Taking European designs, modern art, and Pop Art and his muses, Rousseau’s collection is filled with flair and has this nonchalant posh appeal. Furthermore, having a keen pair of eyes on details as well as a unique design aesthetic have helped his shoes in garnering strong devotion and admiration from shoe fans the world over.

For the fall/winter collection, Rousseau has created a lineup of shoes bearing timeless nuances such as the flats, sexy heels and sandals. These must have pieces are all doused in beautiful hues harking back to the vibrant 70’s and 80’s, with solid gold predominates the working palette.

Besides patent leather, Rousseau also integrated a touch of exotic luxury into his creations; such as rich suede peep toed booties with luxurious crocodile heels in brown.
