Coty is also the name behind the sucessful fragrances created by a number of celebrities that includes actress/model Isabella Rosellini, husband and wife duo David and Victoria Beckham, country singer Shania Twain and French-Canadian Pop phenomenon, Celine Dion.
The global licensing agreement marks Gwen's first ever foray into fragrance market and this means that the ex-No Doubt frontwoman is joining the league of Jennifer Lopez and Sarah Jessica Parker, two Hollywood celebrities signed by Coty for fragrance deal.

In a press release released by Coty, Gwen believes that creating a fragrance is "one of the most prestigious things a designer can do".
"For me it’s like another thing you can wear and another thing I can creatively be a part of,” the award-winning singer added.

“Women around the world will love L.A.M.B. fragrances,” said Catherine Walsh, senior vice president, American Fragrances, Coty Prestige. “Like Gwen’s highly acclaimed L.A.M.B. fashions and accessories, this will be no ordinary perfume; from the packaging to the bottle design to the distinctive scent itself, we will be working very closely with Gwen to ensure that her signature fragrance captures her rare spirit, style and warmth.
A frequent question asked by Gwen's fans around the region. Will the eponymous L.A.M.B fragrance make it to the Asian shores? Only time could tell. By the way, Gwen's latest album, The Sweet Escape, is in stores worldwide now. For Malaysian fans only, get the Malaysia Special Edition CD for RM29.90 at all music stores now.
