Abercrombie & Fitch Opens London Flagship at Saville Row

We all love Abercrombie and Fitch, don't we? Well, who can't forget that sexy ads featuring men with rippling abs and solid biceps as well as the scantily clad girls. Not too mention the graphic tees that comforts any man's bad hair day and simple dresses that's enough to make a woman looks 10 years younger than her decent age.

While there might be years to come for the brand to enter the soils of Malaysia and Singapore but come 22nd March, UK will be welcoming the arrival of its first flagship store in London at the swanky Saville Row. Dealing closely with the English heritage, the new store has been developed as a sensitive restoration and conversion of a Grade II listed building which was originally built as home in 1725.

Though new structures and architectural elements were added to the historically 300 years old building, most of its original features remains intact such as the original staircase and the vaults from its previous function as the Bank of England.

"We are thrilled by the opening of the London store, which will truly become a worldwide flagship," said Mike Jeffries, Chairman and Chairman Executive Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch in a press release released by the company. "Its location in one of the most historic districts in the retail world will provide an extraordinary showcase for the Abercrombie & Fitch brand."

The Abercrombie & Fitch London flagship store will be scheduled for its unveiling this Thursday at 10.00 a.m. in the morning and expect a pandemonium of joy from English fans of the American casual brand whose prayers for the brand to make its maiden appearance in the English cosmopolitan city have been answered.
