Look Who We've Spotted at ... Diane Von Furstenberg F/W 2007-08 Runway Show

Diane Von Furstenberg is a legend who shines from one era to another. She was the inventor of the wrap dress and eberyone wants to be seen in her wrapdress. For Fall/Winter 2007-08, the mood was a mix of somber and fun.

Somber lies in the color palette that she works with - a domination of black with a little red, sand, gray, purplish and pinkish while the fun can be found in the shapes, frills and that unique yet beautiful color bloc shift dress inspired by painter Miro's artwork.

Among all pieces paraded by the models on the runway, the one that caught my attention at the show is this stunning piece of black shining gown. It has a bow detail and ruffled hem. Kind of the gowns you used to see back in the 50's and 60's.

Well, as most of the fashionable crowds set their eyes on the pieces sashayed all over the runway stage, the camera lenses were set on them. Here's who we've spotted at the star-studded show held during the last New York Fashion Week 2007.

Miss Von Furstenberg is seen here with Ali Kay. Would it be a big pleasure should we get to meet her in person and tell her how fashionable Malaysians (and Asians) are dying to be dressed in her trademark wrapdress? That's a good idea. Remind me later okay.

Look, it's Miss Sex and the City, Candace Bushnell. Thanks to her, every lady wants to be Carrie Bradshaw or her three other gal pals, you know them well, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda. Her second tome 4 Blondes fare very well too... we want the TV version please!!!

The two heiress. No, they are not from the Hiltons or the Hearsts. They are Tatiana Bon Furstenberg and Carolina Herrera Baez, daughters to two biggest names in New York and world fashion scene, Diane Von Furstenberg and Carolina Herrera. Last year, Herrera Jr. was in Kuala Lumpur to promote CH's latest fragrance for men.

Last but not least, Coach's creative director Reed Krakoff and wife Delphine. Don't we all love the Coach's Legacy collection?

Diane Von Furstenberg Fall/Winter 2007-08 Collection will be in stores by late August to mid-October worldwide while the latest Spring/Summer 2007 is on sale now.
