Of course, everyone, including me, loved the series so much that I would wake up at three in the morning for the uncensored rerun on Astro (lol!).
The series did not only shot actress Sarah Jessica Parker to international fame and stardom through her portrayal of the lead character Carrie Bradshaw, a sex columnist whose search for love in the perilous New York waters never ends, it also crowned her as one of the best and most influential fashion icon ever alive after Madonna and Marilyn Monroe.
With the gaggle of celebrities trying their luck in netting more money by establishing their own fashion line, Sarah did not want to miss the boat too. Collaborating with American retailer Steve and Barry, the actress could finally include the title "fashion designer" into her resume with the launch of Bitten, a fashion line inspired by her stylish fashion sense that is adored and much copied by Sex and the City fans who followed the series from season one to its end, six.

Called Bitten by Sarah Jessica Parker, the line features clothes that are incredibly affordable with pricing range that starts as low as $10.00! During the line presentation held at the Indochine restaurant in New York, fashion editors were giving out mixed reviews on the collection and some even compared it to the Olsen twins' fashion line The Row. But with Carrie's strong influence over fashion, it won't be a problem for Bitten to outdo other celebrity-run fashion labels.
Bitten by SJP collection will be retailed at Steve and Barry's retail chain around the United States and making its debut on 7th June 2007.
