Marc by Marc Jacobs Opening in KL soon ...

After nearly five years of successful presence in Malaysian fashion scene, with glamor girls all clamoring his "it" bags and cool ready-to-wear pieces from the main line, Marc Jacobs is emulating the magic with the opening of his first second line store, Marc by Marc Jacobs at the swanky Pavilion KL.

Spanning 1334 sqft. of comfortable and inviting retail space, the store is set to appease his long-time younger fans who have yearned to be dressed in his creations, sans being in the same league as their mothers and aunts who are also fanatical about Mr. Jacobs himself. Latest ready-to-wear and accessories collection will be brought into the store for both men and women.

This season, Marc by Marc Jacobs, which is far more eccentric and youthful than its for-mommies-and-aunties only mainline, fuses the rose-tinted vision of Russian peasantry (think of Babushka and overlayerings in heavy folk embroidery works) with slick American twists. Must wear pieces like flimsy dresses, knitted salopettes, Empire coats and tweed pants should make their ways to your Fall and winter wardrobes.
Plaids are the common feature of this season's collection with much emphasize on this fabric can be obviously seen on menswear collection.

Guys should look forward for these pieces fur-trimmed plaid jackets, monochrome striped cardigans, thick hoodies, gray sweater with graphic print and zipper-up jacket with matching pants as a part of your work and play styles.

Accessorize your Marc by Marc Jacobs look because without accessories, you'll be seen naked without it. Though the accessories are seemed to be minimal, again, it's worth buying.
