Juicy Couture, the fashion brand that revolutionizes hoodies and drawstring hipster pants is now available in Malaysia. Founded by two best girlfriends, Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor in Pocoima in 1994, the brand has gained cult status and endless devotion from celebrities and it girls namely Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Tara Reid.

Before Juicy Couture, tracksuits were seen as the drabbest thing one would ever wear. Then come the two aspiring girls who wants to change the fashion perception of wearing tracksuits. Using cheeky slogans and graphic technicolors, they succesfully made tracks and drawstring pants look hip again.

Following the success, the girls expanded their lines into handbags, tees, denim wears and shoes which are then sold at high-end department stores and cult multibrand boutiques like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Kitson and Fred Segal where it were snapped by the stylists to Hollywood glitterattis. Its cute emblem, featuring two cute miniature dogs is enough to melt the hearts of those who are young at hearts.

The duo too had launched the brand's eponymous fragrance called Eau de Couture. Packaged in an attractive packaging, the scent captures the attention of fragrance lovers in North America and Europe by storm. Though there is no news on when the perfume is going to make its presence in our shores, I am sure that this perfume, like its clothing line, will gain cult status among local fans alike.

Apart from the women line, Juicy Couture also feature lines made for men and children, respectively known as Juicy For Men and Juicy Kids. There's even a Couture line called Couture Couture features elegant high-end pieces. As the name suggests, the price structure for the Couture Couture line is different and higher due to the craftsmanship, design exclusivity and the materials used to conceived the creations.
