Attended by media reps, buyers and a number of selected patrons, a total of 43 pieces were shown to the audience at the show that took place at TBC in Paris, the same venue chosen by Emanuel Ungaro who staged his show within the same day later in the evening.
This season, Stella combines the colors of black, dark gray, red, and some metallics as her working palette and adapts funny yet unconventional shapes into her designs.
Besides the usual faces of US Vogue's Anna Wintour and Virginia Smith, other faces that made their appearances and giving endless support to Stella were the eccentric former Italian VOGUE editor Anna Piaggi in her dyed blue hair, artistic makeup and a blue walking stick, actress Jessica Biel who seems to be the darling of fashion shows at the Paris fashion week, and Michael Roberts from Vanity Fair. Former muse and inspiration to Tom Ford's Fall 2003 Gucci ready-to-wear collection and the editor of Paris's Vogue, Carine Roitfeld was there as well.

My favorite pick from the lineup is an organza bustier-styled mini dress with wavy tutu hem and sweetheart neckline, kind of the one like Sarah Jessica Parker wore in Sex and the City opening montage.
The Fall/Winter 2007-08 collection will be available at Stella McCartney's stores in London, New York and Los Angeles as well as multi-label boutiques around the world.
