Coach Fragrance In Stores Now

US leather and luxury goods maker Coach is joining the league of its French and Italian counterparts by conceiving a fragrance that's signature to the brand. Known as Coach The Fragrance, the debut scent was created by Reed Krakoff, Coach's Creative Director.

"We developed a fragrance that is fresh, chic, sophisticated ... and perfect for women of all ages," says Krakoff about the Coach debut perfume.

The top note of the fragrance is made from the combination of mandarin, guava, lily and violet leaves that gives you the feminine feeling at the very beginning as well as the crisp, refreshing and energetic experience and quality of Coach fragrance. On the middle note or the heart note, luxurious floral notes were built around the Genet flower and is surrounded by Jasmine and Mimosa with a sweet and seductive touch of honey.

And the dry note or the base is ended with a blend of exotic sandalwood, amber, delicious vanilla and Iris, a precious wood. All these wrapped the bouquet of scents and converted in one unique scent that is exclusive and signature to Coach. The latter combination too leaves you with an essence that is elegant, warm, and classically chic.

Launched last April in Los Angeles, the star-studded event was attended by Hollywood celebrities, socialites and the press. Among the guests who were spotted at the event were actress Christina Ricci who toted a Coach shoulder bag from the Legacy collection as well as rocker Fred Durst of Limp Bizkitt.

The fragrance hype, on the other hand, does not stop at that point. The Coach fragrance too has inspired Krakoff to design a new print and applies it to a collection of handbags, scarves, and accessories.

"Designing a fragrance inspired a new print for a collection of handbags, scarves and accessories. It allowed us to speak more to the femininity and prettiness in a collection," states Krakoff.

Called the Fragrance print, the commemoration collection of pink handwritten inscriptions on a pale pinkish base includes a top handle pouch, wristlet, crusher hat, cellphone lanyard, bottle keyfob, enamel bangles, and a limited edition straw basket.

On November 2007, Malaysia will be one of the luckiest country in the world as the new two-story Coach flagship store is scheduled to be opened at the latest, glitziest and trendiest shopping mall of all, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The opening of the store will put Kuala Lumpur on the same height as Tokyo and Osaka flagships.
